Hello! :D
Sorry I've been so busy for the holidays.
This is a watercolor painting I made about two months ago. Won me second place in painting in the 2011 Mount Sterling art exhibition! :la: Didn't get around to documenting it until now.

Anyway, hope you've all had a great holiday season! And commissioners, don't worry, you're in the works ;)

Wow this an amazing piece I like the way you have added just a bit of color to it by adding it to the face. I also must say the hair is so wild and awesome looking.

Really gorgeous. Is it a combination of ink and watercolor, or just straight up watercolor? The touches of color are really nice too. :)

Both ink and watercolor, yes :D
Haha, it's pretty impossible to get such an opaque black with watercolor unless you want to spend a tube per piece.

That's what I figured XD I thought it might've been gouache, if you were hardcore for watercolors, but ink was more likely. Plus ink just goes so well with watercolor. Something so solid and graphic next to something so pale and delicate--good stuff.
