"Forge a random God and reduce its cost by 1."
I was given this title to start, and at first I couldn't figure out how to tie it in with the card description. Touch of Midas...get a god? It made no sense.
I think most people know the story of Midas. In the version I'm familiar with, all things fell apart when he inadvertently turned his daughter to gold. So for this card I built a narrative in which her gold idol of a body has become a conduit between the spirit and mortal worlds, as she herself is neither dead nor alive. If your prayer/offering is accepted, beings from the other world can be summoned--in this case, the gods.

Amazing how you achieved different textures. Reminds me of one game Alice madness Returns.
